Make fewer decisions.
Experience less stress.
Try it!
As part of my August deep dive into my relationship with my tasks, I’m finding that the less I ask myself to decide, the better my choices are in the end.
Um, what?
I make a decision in advance. I put in on the calendar. When it’s time to do it, I don’t ask how I feel or if I wanna. I simply execute.
This is boring AF.
Which is why I resisted it for such a long time.
Give it a try. Want to each more vegetables? Put it on your lunch menu in your plan the night before. Then eat the darn vegetables even if you complain about it.
Want to work out more? Make a commitment to work out on Wed, Fri, Sun. Then do it. Even when you complain about it.
I applied this super successfully to exercise. I work out EVERY DAY, even if it’s an active recovery day (yoga/pilates). EVERY. DAY. NO WHINING.
Now I’m applying it to my fasting schedule.
And setting a client coaching schedule.
I am such a rebel and it’s working for me. I can help make sure it works for you, too.
